1. Controller

Jonathan Méndez Sánchez, tax ID 71878091D, calle Roma, 3, 28670 Villaviciosa de Odón (Madrid), Spain. Privacy contact: privacidad@peasycal.com.

2. What data we process

About you: name, email, password (stored encrypted), your role in the family, your relationship to the children if you give it, your preferences (language, voice) and when you accepted these terms.

About your family, what the adults add: children’s names and, if you add them, date of birth, school, year, class, colour, other names they go by and allergies; the calendar (events, tasks, things to bring, who is in charge); custody; other people you add (grandparents, babysitter, school tutors…), with their relationship to the children, email and phone; the places you save (homes, workplaces and places you go to) with their address; your AI’s name and character.

What you send your AI: texts, photos, documents, voice notes and chats, and what your AI extracts from them.

What your AI knows about your family: short sentences you ask it to remember (“remember that…”) and, with Plus, what it learns from your corrections (nicknames, places, routines), never health data. Any adult in the family can see and delete it.

Your opinion: if you answer the question of whether you would recommend Peasycal, your score (0 to 10) and, if you write it, the reason, linked to your account.

If you take part in the Peasycal trial before its launch: your email on the trial list and measures of your use (the weeks you use it, how many things you send your AI and through which channels, the suggestions you send and whether you have done the survey), without the content.

What you send with the wishing lamp: your suggestion or the bug, as text (voice notes are turned into text and the audio is deleted), linked to your account, with technical details to find bugs (time, app version, phone model and system, recent screens and the codes of the latest failures, with nothing from your calendar) and, if you attach one, a screenshot.

If you join the waiting list on the website: just your email, to thank you when you join and tell you about the launch; it is deleted after 12 months or when you ask.

Technical data: AI usage records (model, amount and cost, without the content) and what is needed for the app to work securely.

3. Children’s data

The calendar includes children’s data. It is only added by adults in their family, who must be entitled to do so. We ask for the minimum (almost everything is optional), we do not profile children, we show them no advertising and we never sell their data.

Allergies and intolerances are health data: they are only stored if you give your explicit consent when entering them, they are used to warn you about the school lunch menu and you can delete them at any time (deleting them withdraws your consent).

4. What we use it for

To provide the service: storing and showing the calendar to your family, letting your AI read what you send and answer you, sending account emails (confirming your email, resetting your password) and, if you ask for it, the summary of your calendar by email and managing AI usage. What your AI knows about your family, to understand your messages better. With the wishing lamp, to improve Peasycal and let you know in the app when what you asked for is done; whoever reviews it only sees how many people ask for each thing, never who. Your opinion and your use of the app, to know, in totals, whether Peasycal works and is liked; and in the trial before launch, to give the reward to those who take part. The legal basis is the contract you accept by using Peasycal; for measuring opinion and use, our legitimate interest in improving Peasycal. We do not use your data for advertising or to train AI models.

5. Who we share it with

With the other adults in your family on Peasycal. And with providers that help us deliver the service, only what is needed and under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Supabase (servers in the European Union): database, accounts and files.
• Anthropic (United States): the AI model that reads what you send and writes the answers. It does not use your data to train its models.
• Mistral AI (European Union): turning voice notes into text.
• Microsoft Azure (European Union): reading your AI’s answers aloud, if you turn the voice on.
• Resend (United States): sending account emails.
• Apple (United States): Apple Maps, to look up addresses and work out travel times; it only receives the address or map point, never names or children’s data.
• Apple and Google: app stores and, if you enable them, phone notifications.

Transfers outside the European Union use the safeguards required by law (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

6. How long we keep it

While you have an account. The originals you send your AI are deleted automatically 30 days after they arrive if nothing in the calendar still comes from them. Weekly summaries are deleted after a few weeks. What you send with the wishing lamp, after 12 months; its screenshots, after 90 days. The calendar change history and the AI usage log, after 24 months. What your AI knows about your family, until you delete it or the family is deleted. When you delete your account your data is deleted; if you are the only person in the family, the whole family and its files.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data by writing to privacidad@peasycal.com. You can delete your account directly in Settings. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.

8. Security

Data travels encrypted and each family can only see its own (row-level security in the database). Service keys are never stored in the app. Even so, no system is infallible: if we detect a problem affecting your data, we will tell you.

9. On your phone

The app keeps a copy of the calendar on your phone so you can see it offline, plus your language, voice and whether you have seen the tutorial. If you turn on phone notifications (a task due, things that overlap), the phone itself schedules them from your calendar: we do not send or store any identifier of your phone for this. The calendar copy is deleted when you sign out; everything, when you uninstall the app.

10. Changes

If we change this policy significantly, we will let you know in the app.
